The challenge in developing the branding was to build on the existing design elements and combine the value of hospitality with the business context. The logo is derived from the character of the asterisk. This is often used in writing for awards and footnotes. At Domicile, this learned importance is transferred to the company's performance, underscoring the industry's unusually high level of service, appreciated by its guests and reflected in the booking figures. The red element used in the Asterisk takes up the house roof from the previous logo and lends the picture mark a high recognizability.
With a bright, inviting imagery, Domicile's living spaces are presented to the user. The photo shoot took place in one of their objects in Basel: The pictures show the apartment in use. In addition to this image part, the rest of the website is kept very informative.
