German Design Award, Special Mention 2021. Rotstift AG.
Now it’s official: We have not only been nominated, but also won a special mention for Rotstift in the category Excellent Communications Design – Corporate Identity.
The “Special Mention” is awarded to works whose design shows particularly successful partial aspects or solutions – an award that greatly honors our commitment.
About the project
It is an institution: Whoever is writing or publishing in Switzerland knows Rotstift AG – and has thus probably learned a lot about orthography, grammar and punctuation. In close cooperation with the customer, we reworked the brand strategy and sharpened the brand value. On that basis the branding was developed that catapults Rotstift into the digital age and creates high recognition online as well as in editorial design.
The Premium Prize of the Design Council
The German Design Award is the international premium prize of the German Design Council. Its goal: to discover, present and highlight unique design trends. Each year, therefore, top-class submissions from product and communication design are honored, all of which are groundbreaking in their international design landscape. The German Design Award, initiated in 2012, is one of the most recognized design competitions worldwide and enjoys a high reputation far beyond the professional circles.
